• None of the items sold are implied to be Airworthy. Airworthiness is to be determined only by the person or persons installing said item on Aircraft. All manuals are sold for reference purposes only and do not necessarily reflect current updates. Liability of seller for all items sold ends upon shipment of item.
• We will not accept returns on items sold "as is", on any manuals, or on any type of cut material, (fiberglass, leather, etc) or if an item case / housing (where it applies) has been opened or altered.
• Items that qualify for returns must be returned within 14 days after receipt of item and must be in the condition they were received.
• Any refunds will be minus shipping and handling costs, and minus 15% of the final sale price for relisting / return processing / restocking fee. 
• International Buyers: Due to the shipping delivery time involved and the high shipping costs that apply to most items shipped overseas we will NOT accept returns for any item that is shipped outside U.S.A.
