Please note Australia Post do occationally experience delays due to high volume. If you experience a delay please first check if the address provided is correct. If you do not receive your purchase within 10 working days your parcel may have been lost. If you suspect your parcel has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue for you.

We can offer a full refund for change of mind (postage is not refundable). Buyer must pay for return shipping and return the item within 30 days. Returned items must be in it's original condition.
