Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) improves the functioning of the nervous system. GABA is an amino acid that acts as the main neurotransmitter with inhibitory activity in the entire nervous system. The Trec GABA 750 supplement is recommended for all those who have trouble falling asleep, are in intense training or are burdened with a significant mental effort. DIRECTIONS 2 capsules daily with approx. 300 ml (10 oz.) of water, preferably 30 min. before bedtime. WARNINGS Do not exceed the
