We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, issues with import fees, change of mind, or courier mishandling. In the case we ship a different item to you or there are issues when the item arrives, please contact us so we can help resolve the issues as best possible. In very specific and certain situations, we will occasionally offer refunds after the item is returned to us.

■ Shipping & Handling

All purchases are currently being fulfilled and sent out within 3 business days after receiving payment. We will often hand the item to the post office within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment.
