The retail store we purchase from removes the top of the box so these are new without box. They may have been tried on in the store and have floor dust on the bottoms but shoes are new.
We do not offer returns so please know the brand & style of shoe so you know the fit. Shipping is too high to the buyer and return shipping. Thank you for understanding.
