Item is pre-owned. The cover shows discoloration and some wear on the front and back covers. Inside pages look to be in good shape. There is a year in the front cover page at the bottom left corner by the staple line. Similar separation of the back cover below the bottom staple, but not ripped like the front cover. Pictures and text are all clear.
