Shipping policy:
We use USPS for delivery to keep the cost to you as low as possible. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship UPS or FedEx for additional cost.
We have a one-day handling policy. However, if your item is paid for on a business day after 3:00 PM central time, Saturday after 11:00 AM Central time, Sunday, or a holiday, it will not ship until the next business day. Make sure your address is correct prior to payment. eBay’s policy is that the seller is not to change the address. If you wish to change your address, you must do it through eBay prior to checkout. If the item you purchased is shipped back to me by the shipping company (return to sender) for any reason that's due to a false, incorrect, or misleading address, or because they were unable to deliver the package to you for some other reason as a result of your error, you are agreeing that we can deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges we incurred. The remainder of what is left from the purchase price will be refunded to you.
If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier. We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS. At that time we will reship or refund your purchase, whichever you choose. Please note that most First Class and Priority mail shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Return Policy:
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. If there is a problem, please contact me, and I will work to fix it to the best of my abilities. If you wish to cancel an order, I must receive a cancellation request from either eBay or you, the buyer, prior to me shipping the item. Once the item is shipped, I will not accept a return due to a change of mind.
***Notice to all buyers: PayPal is the preferred method of payment we accept. With a one-day handling policy, payment is expected immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. If there is a problem with this, contact us at the end of the purchase. We will not ship the item until payment is made and cleared through PayPal or eBay. If payment is not made within 3 business days, an unpaid item case will be opened. Once you have received your order, please provide positive feedback. Feedback is given to buyers once they have provided feedback letting us know they were satisfied. International Buyers – Please Note:
Most items can ship internationally with eBay's international shipping program. We ship it to eBay, and they forward it to your country.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
