The AWE 3025‑42066 SwitchPath Exhaust is a premium, performance‑oriented cat‑back system
designed for the 2018-2019 Volkswagen Golf R with the 2.0L turbo engine and AWD. Made from
T304L stainless steel with precision CNC mandrel bends, this system improves exhaust flow
and sound character while retaining factory valve behavior. The polished 102 mm quad tips
deliver a refined yet aggressive tone, adapting from quiet cruising to performance driving.
Installation is direct‑bolt using existing factory hangers and flanges, allowing for a
smooth fit. The system integrates seamlessly with the vehicle ECU to prevent any check
engine lights. An optional SwitchPath remote allows manual control of the exhaust valves,
giving enthusiasts full sound customization. Front and rear installation achieves the
intended sound profile without modifications.
