UNDERSTANDING BASKET 16 PSA GRADED CARDS
This cards were distributed by a Magazine in pre-cut Sheets, therefore every card-sticker has to be handcut to be graded. PSA usually does not give a grade above 6 in handcut stickers. PSA 6 can be considered a 9-10.
Only a few uncut sheets, therefore unstuck stickers, are known to exist.
The card will be shipped insured with Fedex Express Worldwide 2-4 days delivery. I don’t combine PSA cards.
