These automotive connectors feature a silver interface plating that passes the SAE J2030 heavy-duty connector standard. The connector has a maximum current capacity of 15 amps and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C

The GT terminal and connector system is developed at every design stage with input from customers around the world and features a small package size suitable for the ever-shrinking space requirements of today's vehicles. GT 150, 280 and 630 Series GT Connection Systems with Silver Interface Plating are SAE® (Society of Automotive Engineers) J2030* Heavy Duty Electrical Connectors.

 The GT connection system includes:

Tangle-free terminals with stamped serrations
Pump Handle Master Lock with Integrated Connector Position Assurance (CPA)
Secondary locking features including End Position Assurance (TPA) and Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR) with positive connector seal retention or Sliding Lock Cover (SLC) for non-sealed systems
Receptacles compatible with ISO or SAE blades

GT connection systems meet ISO and USCAR electrical, mechanical and environmental performance standards as well as specific customer requirements.
