Boat part number 1002311 is a new old stock soap dish from Fontana Bath Accessories, part number 96690-AN1/CH .  Commonly used on Carver Yachts, but may be used on other boats.

The soap dish features brushed pewter parts with a chrome plated base and a sturdy plastic soap dish.
