The rechargeable version includes an integrated rechargeable battery, and last for approximately 1,170 activations on a single charge before recharging is required. This version comes with an 80cm USB charging cable for use with any USB charging plug (plug not included).

Your order will be dispatched the same working day if placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 day "no quibble" guarantee.
If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.
If you are unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, we will issue you a Free Post returns label to send it back to us for a refund or replacement.
If the item is large then we will arrange our courier to pick it up from you.

All goods are sold with a 1 year (or more if stated in the product description) return to base warranty which we will be responsible for.
If your product should become defective in the warranty period
If your product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of delivery, Safield Distributions guarantees to repair or replace products, subjected to fair wear and tear, to make sure of the minimum inconvenience to the buyer, unless:
- The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.- The product has been subject to misuse or neglect.
- The product has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.
The guarantee is not valid against accidental damage, cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear. This guarantee complies with all applicable laws and does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
You are eligible for a full refund if your item has become defective within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, you will be offered a repair(1) or replacement product(2) only.
(1) A repair of the eligible item with new or refurbished parts for 12 months following the delivery of the eligible item at no additional charge to the buyer.
(2) A replacement of the eligible item entirely, either with a new or refurbished item, of either the same or better specification, at no additional charge to the buyer.
