Spicy soup set Tom Zap
Tom zap is a Thai food
type of Tom Yum with spicy and aromatic spices. Typically, pork is used.
However, the pork can be substituted with pork ribs or pork legs, which must be
simmered until tender prior to being cooked in a hot soup.
Just 3 easy steps on how
to use it.
1. Wash the spices in
water.
2. Bring the spices and
soup powder to a boil in 600 mL of water.
3. Add 200 g of meat and
cook until it is thoroughly cooked.
