This speaker panel is constructed from arctic white marine grade plastic with an black speaker mount ring. It features (1) 5 1/4" Dia. cutout for a speaker (not included). It measures approximately 14 1/2" W x 6 3/4" H x 5" D overall. There are (4) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes (hardware not included).
