We only process orders that are paid in full. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM Central Standard Time. Orders placed after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Changes To Orders

Before you place your order, please check that your shipping address information is correct in your ebay account. We process our orders quickly and most of the time cannot change the address information quickly enough before the item is shipped. We will not be responsible to pay the shipping costs when re-shipping an order because of an incorrect address supplied to us.

Returns

Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Although we double check all orders before shipment, transit problems occasionally occur.  We ask that all goods be in their original package - in resaleable/Brand New condition.

Feedback

We are customer focused and do want every transaction to be positive for the customer. Once in a while mistakes happen and this is an opportunity for us to make it right.
