We welcome offers and all reasonable offers will be considered. When making an offer please consider product cost, shipping cost, and your location. This is especially important when making offers on smaller value items. We offer free shipping on most of our parts; therefore, if your offer does not even cover the delivery cost, it doesn’t make sense for us to accept it.
A good rule of thumb is to offer no more than 15-20% less than the listing price.

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to verify that this part is compatible with your application.
We WILL NOT pay for return shipping for parts ordered in error. If you order the incorrect part and start a return selecting the reason to be anything otherwise, you will be reported to eBay in order to recoup shipping fees.
All Ford branded parts are genuine Ford OEM part. We purchase directly from Ford Components in bulk, which means the parts may not come in traditional dealer-branded packaging. Additionally, part numbers are removed (dremeled off) per our pricing agreement with Ford Components to ensure any returns are processed through us and not a dealership. Rest assured, the quality and fitment are identical to what you’d receive from a dealer.
Your order will be shipped within 1 business days (MON-FRI excluding holidays) of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it five to seven days via US Postal Service or UPS Ground Standard Shipping unless another shipping method is chosen. In addition to UPS Ground, we offer expedited services as well as local pick-up. Please contact us if a quote is needed and we will be happy to work with you.
Please Note: All packages valued at over $500 WILL require a signature upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please do not open it and contact us immediately. If you install damaged parts they will not be returnable.
If your package is returned by the carrier due to address errors, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
International Customers:
Please make sure you monitor your package. Any import duty/taxes must be paid by the buyer. If you do not pay in a timely fashion your package will be returned. You will not receive a refund for the returned items until they’re delivered. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
CORE RETURN DIRECTIONS & GUIDELINES
- Cores must returned within 30 days of the original purchase or any claim to warranty will be null/void.
- Cores must exhibit normal wear and tear conditions.
- Cores must be drained of internal fluids.
- Cores should be wrapped in plastic when repacked for shipment. A garbage bag will suffice.
- Repack your core inside the box the replacement part was received in. It is extremely important that the core be returned inside its original box for identification purposes.
- Securely tape your package closed.
- PLEASE mark the outside of your box clearly and in large lettering with the words "CORE RETURN". This helps make sure that your package remains identified within the warehouse as a core.
- Affix the PRE-PAID return label that was provided in the original shipment.
Whatever It Takes will not be liable for shipping damage due to being improperly boxed.
Whatever It Takes will not be liable for fees, such as taxes, duties, customs associated with international shipments, or lost shipments.

Warranty & Limitations
Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale when used under normal, intended operating conditions.
Not all products sold by Whatever It Takes Transmission Parts include a warranty. Any warranty coverage applies only to products that are explicitly identified as having a warranty at the time of purchase. The information below outlines the terms and limitations only if a warranty is provided with the specific product.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Failures under normal, intended use
If a defect is confirmed, liability is limited to replacement of the part or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or incorrect application
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
- Damage from overheating, contamination, improper lubrication, or lack of maintenance
- Labor costs (installation, removal, diagnosis)
- Consequential or incidental damages (downtime, towing, loss of income)
Important Notice
Professional installation is required. Failure to follow manufacturer and industry-standard installation procedures will void this warranty.
This warranty is limited to the product only and does not cover related components or vehicle damage. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled items. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If you’re having an issue with a used or remanufactured item and it’s been installed, we require the buyer to contact us immediately so we can provide trouble shooting information. Worst case scenario if that fails, exchange only.
Certain item such as fluids, used items, tools, and one time use items are not eligible for return. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to verify that this product is compatible with your application. If you ordered the wrong item for your application YOU are responsible for the return shipping.
