Shipping

Shipping cost:

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne by Australia Post. We currently only ship within Australia. Most of the items are free shipping(Sometimes require to remove the packing to reduce shipping cost and proceed it free for the customer), but some of the items are NOT FREE. 

If the price of the pouches item is $500 AUD or more the shipment will be FREE. 

Also, you can contact us to discuss the shipping price when you are buying more than one item from the STS store. 

Please Note: We sell most of the items with manufacturer warranty. The warranty information is included inside the packaging. We expect the customer to register their product with the manufacturer for warranty purposes and claim directly from the manufacturer. We are happy to help in the warranty process, but the customer has to bear the shipping costs associated with this process.

Delivery time:

We are aiming to dispatch all products within the same business day of your full payment being made. Under normal situations, delivery time will take 7-10 working days for normal shipping & 3-5 working days for express shipping after dispatch depending on your location. Please note that remotes areas will require a longer delivery time. 

NOTE: We are shipping your item to your eBay or PayPal address. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay.
