To measure your dog's nose,
follow the two steps listed below.


~STEP ONE~

Measure the dog's nose length.

 This should be from the tip of the nose to 1/2 inch below the eyes.

This should be taken along the top of the dog's nose as shown below.




Example: The dog in this photo has a 4-inch nose length

~STEP TWO~

  • Measure the circumference of the nose.
  •  This should be done at the same point -
  •  1/2 inch below the eyes - all the way around the mouth closed.



Example:

The dog in this photo has a circumference of about 11 1/2-inches
