If your device has been repaired or disassembled by someone other than us, please do not purchase our services without contacting us and obtaining our permission. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for all consequences.
This service is only applicable to the original Nintendo Switch OLED model consoles.
This service only covers the damaged USB ports replacement and does not cover the repair of possible internal circuit damage or motherboard USB solder pads damage.
If your device is modded, please do not order this service, and we do not provide any mod services.
After receiving your device, we will conduct relevant inspections. If we find other problems, we will notify you. Usually, the repair will be completed within 2-3 working days. We will send you relevant test pictures and arrange for the return of the device as soon as possible. If your device is unrepairable or you give up the repair, we will return your device and send a partial refund after deducting $30 checking fee.
We provide a 90-day limited warranty for this service. Any man-made damage will cause the warranty to be invalid.
If your device contains a lithium battery, we will print a "hazardous material" label for your return package.
Before we get your device and after we send your device, if your device is unfortunately lost or damaged, we will not be responsible for any property loss and risk. You need to report to the relevant department or apply for compensation.
After getting your order, we will send you repair address and the following important matters within 24 hours, please follow them, otherwise, you will solely assume any potential risks and losses.
1/ Please ensure that your address on eBay is correct, and the device corresponds with the service you have purchased.
2/ Please package your device carefully and do not send us additional components (controllers, Joy-Con, SD cards, game cards, chargers, docks, etc.) unless we ask you to.
3/ Please write down the Order Number, eBay username, modification/repair history, and a brief description of the problem on a piece of paper and stick it on the device case.
4/ For your package safe, we recommend you add the signature service for your package.
5/ Please send the package's photo to us and let us know the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
6/Please send your device to us as soon as possible, do not over 40 days "handling time" of service.
