BROTHER HE800B-3 - set
Electronically controlled buttonhole machine combining high productivity with perfect seam quality. It is a 2-thread machine, sewing with a lockstitch stitch, sewing speed up to 4000 stitches / min. Stepper motors control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. Complete set with motor and table.
In the standard configuration, the machine comes with 21 pre-programmed sewing patterns, including linen buttonholes, eyelets with eyelets and others, as well as a bartack pattern. The type of buttonhole binding, as well as many other parameters - pattern number, shape of seams, etc. - are entered through the operating panel.
Exists the possibility of making a buttonhole in a double sewing cycle with initial reinforcing stitching (lockstitch) , thanks to which beautiful holes are obtained, especially in elastic materials - knitwear, sweaters, where the buttonhole is additionally secured against stretching. This solution guarantees that the reinforcement thread is woven in perfectly, it never protrudes beyond the buttonhole. Reinforcing stitching can be made up to 9 rounds. For the double stitching, the bartacking section is omitted and the parallel stitch is sewn twice. This prevents the bartack section from being compressed too much. Two different stitch widths can be used for the first and second sewing rounds.
