Used VHS tape that can be re-used to record stuff from TV.

Two hours of episodes of Paramount's Unusual Occupations. Picture is very good and clear. 

As a bonus, I'll include a free DVD of what's on the VHS video tape.

I backed it up to DVD for my own personal use with my big screen TV. 

Since I already watched it, I'll include it free with your purchase of the VHS video tape.
