Shipping:

We ship usually within 1 business day, sometimes same day. Orders 1 lb and under can be shipped USPS First Class Mail and over 1 lb are shipped Priority Mail. If you have an item that is lighter weight and can ship first class, you can upgrade to priority mail for an additional cost. Priority is recommended for all purchases since in most cases you will receive the item within 2-3 days after shipment and it is covered by insurance in the case that the package is damaged or lost.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us through the Ebay Return Request form. You must submit your request for return within 14 DAYS after receiving your item. You must also ship off your item within 5 DAYS after you submit your request. The item must be in original condition including tags still attached, box, hanger, etc. Tracking and Insurance are recommended. Your refund will be issued after your item has been received and approved.
