Cooking Method,

Add enough water to a pan with one teaspoon of vegetable oil or margarine, salt and bring to boil. Turn off fire and keep about two (2) minutes to cool down and then add noodles to simmer another three (3) minutes (Do not cook overheat). After that strain and rinse with cold water. Temper the noodles with vegetables, meat, fish, or egg as desired.
