Iron elutes in the boiling water and the taste becomes mellow.
What is pot-baking finish: A traditional technique of baking an iron kettle at a high temperature
to form a rust-preventive oxide film on the inner surface of the iron kettle.
Due to the manufacturing process, the coating may be uneven.
The oxide film has the effect of suppressing rust, but it is not a complete rust preventive.
Even if it rusts, if it has no odor and the hot water does not turn brown and turbid, please use it as it is.
