* The Imploding Kitten Expansion game box has flaws: the box is slightly distorted at the back with a 1.5cm dent / cut through the cardboard box (see pictures)

• We dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed - if mentioned) or Hermes within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Due to the recent event Royal Mail has been experiencing some delays in some part of the UK therefore it is possible that we use Hermes instead. 

• You would like your item to be sent earlier (example: gift for a birthday), contact us FIRST before buying the item so we can discuss options and set-up (at your expense) a special delivery. Again we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive in the time frame.

• If your item has not yet arrived, please contact us FIRST. We will try our best to investigate the issue although we will not be able to take any action before 8 working days have elapsed from the expected date of dispatch.
