1. If the item/product is damaged during transit or delivery, you will need to provide Photo Proof of damaged goods;

3. Simply Change of Mind Return Goods will be subject to our Warehouse's approval.
Should Return Request be approved by our Warehouse, you will need to be responsible for Return Postage Cost.
Should Return Request be approved by our Warehouse, refund will be the amount after deducting Delivery Postage Cost paid by our warehouse.
Should Return Request be rejected by our Warehouse, Return Goods will not be accepted, therefore No Refund will be provided.
4. If it deems to be our fault, a Full Refund will be provided.
