For the sake of openness and transparency, I'll just stick with the facts. This item is being sold as it is. The front window plastic has come unglued, and the figure is placed upside-down inside the packaging. The top seal is unbroken, but the bottom seal is unclear. There are two plastic seals, one placed over the other. It appears to be factory affixed, but I'm not an expert.

I found this figure as you see it as a Target and purchased it. For all I know this might have been a product that came straight from the factory, or someone returned it to Target after having opened it, put it back in, and resealed it with the same seal sticker, and then Target put it right back on the shelf. Occam's razor doesn't seem to provide a "simplest" answer because both seem just as (un)likely to me.

In any case, because of this potential risk, I'm pricing this appropriatelty.
