Cloth play-mat designed to display various Loving Family buildings. Play-mat is very clean. It’s been stored in a ziplock bag. It appears to be unused, but I can’t say 100% that it’s new.

Mat measures approx 41” x 34”. (I taped it up on a wall to photograph since it’s so big. Tape did no damage to item.) Ships from smoke-free home.
