ESR Tester Instructions:
Short the two test leads first, and then turn on it. The mtere will auto zero, you can use it to test the capacitor, in circuit or not in circuit.
The measured data result is compared with the ESR (equivalent series resistance) value of the standard capacitor,
If the measured value is much larger than the standard value; for example, 8 times, it means that the capacitor is aging and needs to be replaced. If it is much smaller than the standard value, there is likely to be a leakage phenomenon. The above measurements can be measured in the circuit.
