I now insure most of my parcels through a stand alone insurance company that covers hifi for damage in transit as well as loss. Most couriers do not provide that cover.  So although your parcel will delivered by a normal courier company the insurance is not provide by them.

If you receive a parcel with damage showing on the packaging please photograph the parcel including the postage label before undoing. Then contact me to let me know about the problem so it can be dealt with.
