Description

The KS2 SATs come in May, and these three books are the English and maths practice your Year 6 child does in the months before them.

Your child sits the KS2 SATs at the end of Year 6, and every test in this pack follows the National Curriculum for England. The papers match the real thing in layout, timing and question style. That means fewer surprises on the day itself.

Each book holds complete practice tests with a guidance and mark scheme, so you can mark a paper the way a marker would. The reading tests use full passages, including one about a London cab horse named Black Beauty. Spelling is read aloud, and the 3 audio files download from Exam Ninja, so your child hears the words as they will in the test.

The maths book works on arithmetic and reasoning, the SPaG book takes on grammar, punctuation and spelling, and the reading book builds comprehension and inference. Between them they cover every paper your child faces. Three books of full tests, with mark schemes and the spelling audio, prepare your child more fully than a paper picked up here and there.
