2009–2010 Ford F-150 Lariat and King Ranch with the large 8" touchscreen display are not compatible with this service. If your truck has the 8" display, this listing does not apply to your vehicle. ⚠ Previously Baked Units — Reduced Warranty
If your ACM has been subjected to the "baking" method (oven reflow) in an attempt to fix it, your repair will carry a
90-day warranty only rather than the standard 1-year warranty. Baking often causes internal damage that compromises long-term reliability. If this applies to your unit, please let us know when you send it in.

Diagnose your vehicle before sending. Audio and power issues can occasionally originate from external factors such as wiring, fuses, or the amplifier rather than the ACM itself. We test every unit before return and do not issue refunds if you later determine the ACM was not the root cause. If you are unsure whether the ACM is at fault, contact us before sending and we will help you diagnose it.

Ignore eBay's estimated arrival date shown above. eBay requires a long window because we cannot control when you ship the ACM to us. Once we receive it, you have it back within days.

Transferability
Non-transferable. Original buyer only. Warranty number issued for tracking
Terms: Repair service only. No parts for sale. Pack your ACM securely; we return it in the same packaging. If received damaged, we will photograph and notify you immediately. In rare cases a unit may be beyond repair; we will notify you and offer to return it or accept it as a parts donation. If prior repair attempts have been made, additional charges may apply — we will contact you before proceeding. Warranty covers all repair work performed and does not extend to CD/disc mechanism issues, physical damage, water or rodent damage, or damage caused by further repair attempts by another party. Previously baked units receive a 90-day warranty only. Warranty is non-transferable, applies to the original purchasing customer only, and is valid for domestic customers only with respect to return shipping coverage.
