The Hull D kicks off the larger end of the spectrum with a massive ship built around a rugged frame. The Hull D is affordable enough to be operated by mid-sized organizations and companies. Hull D are often used as flagships for mercantile operations, but their bulk means that they should be operated with escort fighters while not in safe space. The UEE military uses modified Hull D as part of their supply chain, arming and refueling the soldiers on the front line.

  • When will I receive my item?
    All items are manually gifted via the official RSI website using their internal "Hangar Gift" system. You will receive an automated email from RSI with the subject: "Someone sent you a gift from Roberts Space Industries." Delivery usually takes place within a few hours, but can take up to 24 hours.
  • Why is my item not instantly delivered?
    Each pledge is manually transferred using RSI's gifting system from one RSI account to another. This process is not automated and depends on availability, order queue, and correct buyer information.
  • How can I confirm delivery?
    After clicking the "Claim Gift" link in the RSI email and accepting the gift, the item will appear in your RSI Hangar. You can verify the delivery status through your RSI account under the "Hangar Logs" section.
  • What if I don't see the item in my hangar?
    Please make sure you are logged into the correct RSI account before redeeming the gift email. The gift link is not tied to a specific account and can only be claimed once. If redeemed while logged into the wrong account, the pledge will be bound there permanently.
  • Is my purchase safe?
    Yes. All deliveries are processed through RSI's official gifting system. If, for any reason, the item cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued.
