INTRASITE Gel is an amorphous hydrogel which gently re-hydrates necrotic tissue, facilitating autolytic debridement, while being able to loosen and absorb slough and exudate. It can also be used to provide the optimum moist wound management environment during the later stages of wound closure. It is non-adherent and does not harm viable tissue or the skin surrounding the wound. We offer a 30 day return policy for most products as long as the item(s) are unused, unopened, in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. You must notify us within 5 days of any product defects or order errors. We will arrange and pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping under any other circumstances.

For orders that are no longer needed/wanted or an accidental order please be sure to submit a return request for an return authorization number (RA). The RA number will prevent any further delay with the return process. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and documentation in the event that your item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged.
