This set include miniature dollhouse versions of the Green Hill House, Rose Cottage, Lakeside Lodge, Woodland Lodge, Forest Restaurant, Village School and Library, Sylvanian Cottage Clinic Toy box, Sylvanian Watermill Bakery Toy box, Sylvanian Vintage Toy Shop Box (custom-made), Cottage Clinic Toy Box (custom-made), dollhouse book (custom-made), 6 rolls of assorted wallpaper designs (custom-made), book display case, a display shelf, miniature cottage (bonus), hanging sign, and 6 bitty furniture pieces (not complete and missing several small furniture pieces). Building and accessories come in very good condition without box with minor fading on the back awning.
