Fine and rich Freekeh by Kabatilo of Jordan.
Preparation method:
- Wash well & drain the Freekeh from water.
- Fry a small chopped onion in a bit of cooking oil.
- Add the Freekeh to the onions and stir together for a few minutes.
- Add chicken stock and leave to simmer on low heat for an hour or two.
