This is a light weight, fitted, medium size soft cotton denim blazer.   It is true vintage, purchased in the early 70s.   There are 3 patch type pockets.  Waist is about 29 inches, shoulder to shoulder is about 15 inches, bust is about 36 inches, from shoulder to jacket end length is 24 inches about, hip measures inches about 39, and sleeve length from shoulder to cuff is about 23 inches.  Please see pictures.
