PAYMENT:

Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.  Payment is due within 7 days.  

SHIPPING:

I ship within 1-2 business days via USPS  mail 

Shipping fees of less than $5 and under 1 pound will  likely ship First Class MAIL

Shipping fees over $5 and over $1 pound will ship Priority MAIL 

Books over 1 pound will most likely ship Media Mail 



Regarding MY Shipping costs:

1) Orders over $25 may ship insured (I charge a surcharge for "Media/Economy/first class packages). This is due to some recent shipping issues where USPS lost packages that mailed first class and were not insured.  

2) Shipping rates also include a small surcharge for boxes/envelopes.  Please note that shipping materials alone can cost up to one dollar per order. 

3) Expensive items appx. $100 or more OR shipments going to Apartments may ship with signature required to ensure that the item is received by recipient.  This is due to some orders that were shipped/delivered but recipient(s) says were "not received" which is not covered by USPS "Insurance".

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

In many cases I am unable to offer returns.  This is due to Ebay's new return policy which does not allow for small restocking fees.  When a buyer returns an item there are costs associated with a return even if the buyer pays all shipping.  Paypal charges the seller a fee to refund money to the buyer for a return transaction.  And there are other costs such as packaging materials and labor which also are non-reimbursible out of pocket expenses for the seller.   Ebay's new return policy does not protect the seller in regards to returns. Other large sites allow for restocking fees for returns but unfortunately Ebay does not so I was forced to change my policy as I am a small business and cannot afford to lose money on transactions.  I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

However I do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the item is authentic and as described. If you believe the item was misleading or inaccurate, please send me your case and I will review it promptly for a "refund without charges" consideration.  Ebay also protects buyers from purchases that are not as described.

NOTE: Beginning May 7, 2019, due to PayPal Refund Policy Changes, if a refund/return is requested, 2.9% of the total amount paid, to include original shipping charges and the cost of the item, shall be retained to cover the non-refundable variable transaction fee imposed by PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE:  I use the Global Shipping program through EBAY.  If for some reason you purchase an item from me and feel that the item is not as described or turns out to be defective I cannot refund your International Shipping fees as these are charged by EBAY directly and I have no control or authorization to refund these fees as they were paid to EBAY not me.  Therefore, please look at photos extremely carefully and understand that if an item turns out to be defective by the manufacturer or not exactly as described you may risk losing the International shipment fees paid.  As the seller, I can only refund product charges and US shipping fees.

However, I am happy to report that I have sold dozen of items through the Global Shipping program with very happy and satisfied customers!
