This anglescope (not sure of brand) is mostly used for candid photography when you don't want the subject to know their photo is being taken.  In my experience it seems to work best when the lens focal length is around 100mm.
It is supplied with a series VII to 49mm Tiffen adapter, but you can fit your own adapter in a different size if you like.
Unit is very clean, no issues.
