1. Handling Time: We strive to dispatch all orders placed & paid before 11:00 am on the very day. Orders after 11:00 am will be dispatched on the next business day.  However, please allow 1-2 business day for your order to be processed and dispatched.
2. We will always pack with the highest standard. However, we will not be liable for the loses caused by delivery company. But we will try our best to help you to solve the problem.
3. For bulky items, please contact us for freight cost.
4. We reserve the right to change the price without notice.
5. Our warehouse is open to public on Monday and Thursday from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.  Feel free to come by and pick up during our open hours.
