Refund and Return

All returns must be informed before returning our merchandise.
The Buyer is ought to notify the seller of all returned items within 7 days after receiving the package. We reserve the right refusing any requirement that informs the seller longer than 7 days.
Refund and re-delivery will go on after the seller's receiving the returned item.
The buyer is responsible for returned charge. If the returned item possesses no fault, the buyer also has to pay for the second delivery cost.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days upon receiving (Note: returned product must be returned in original packing and must be in good condition).
We refund the item's value only even if the item has been found to be defective.
We'll share a few portion shipping cost for the second shipment in case of the package has been returned to the seller for reasons such as the buyer's local post service staff cannot deliver the package to the buyer based on buyer's recorded shipment address at paypal transaction report.
