Complete, intact with certificate of authenticity from INTERNATIONAL COLLECTORS SOCIETY. This sheet / set is numbered, #4315. Great find for a Disney / Cinderella collector or stamp collector in general.

Look at the pictures, they show the details. the black Velcro tape on back of plastic sleeve was on there to hold this set to the back of the set we purchased framed, i forgot this was behind it? Didn’t remove the tape for fear of damaging the clear plastic sleeve.
