This is a Michigan trailer license plate from 1970.    This is used, but the trailer HAD to have been stored inside.

Upon request, I will include the business card of a plate collector/restorer in the Grand Rapids Michigan area that you can have these plates restored at a very competitive price.  I've known him for several years back when I was selling car literature at swap meets.  His license plate display always looks very nice and I know he does all of his restorations.
