BECAUSE OF A NEGATIVE FEED BACK THAT EBAY REMOVED I HAVE ADDED PICTURES TO MY LISTING OF THE BAG HE RETURNED TO ME. on freders0 listing

I have added 10 pictures. They are the last 10 of the last 11 pictures. I had a customer say he only used my bag 2 times and it failed. He had the bag just short of 30 days. I told him he dragged the bag on the ground and he damaged the zipper in the 2 bottom corners. Do you not see the damage you did dragging the bag to the mesh fabric and the solid black fabric on the back. I sure do.

Why the 2 bottom corners you ask. That is because when the bag is full you lift the bag from the center handle all the weight falls to the corners and dragging the bag and that wears holes in the bags corners and scrapped the top of the zipper off causing it to fail. You can also see the scraping marks on the fabric next to the zipper and a hole in the zipper tape the teeth are sew on to. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. How you think this damage happened.

I will not refund someone that damages the bag and tries to blame me for the zippers failure. I refurbish these bags and have seen every problem with them. I also have sold well over 1,500 of these bags with no person ever saying the bag zipper failed after 2 times of use. NO zipper brass aluminum or plastic can take that kind of abuse. I asked eBay to remove the feed back and rule in my favor. That happened today 12/29/2025 Please do NOT drag your bag and damage it and blame me for that failure. I have had 2 people in the past jam the zipper and ask for help. They paid shipping both ways I fixed them for them for free.

I stand behind my materials and workmanship 100%. If something happens to your bag tell me and ask me for help. But don't lie to me as to what happened. Stop and look what everyone else's feed back said about the bag they purchased from me here on eBay.

A customer of mine bought one of those bags from china you see all over eBay See the last picture. It was bad enough that the handle seams where coming out and the grommets are small. The zipper is a big zipper but not a YKK zipper like I use. The worst part was it would not fit on my machine. I took the pictures of how far I can get it on the chute. It looks to be short 6 inches to fit over the flange. I would bet they will be getting a lot of them back

I have added 2 more pictures. The middle picture is a bag from one of my competitors here on eBay. I had my daughter buy it and ship it to me. As you can see their bag only has  2 seams across both sides of the handles and 2 seams on each side of the hangers. 1 side of the hanger on this bag does not even go all the way across the strap. (The left side) It is only sewn across the handle twice on each side leaving the threads on one end loose. My bag has 3 rows of seams sewn back and forth for a total of 4 times each on all 3 rows of seams. That locks the thread on both ends of each side leaving no chance for a seam to fail by coming out under the weight of the bag. As a owner of this machine I know how much weight the bag carries when it fills up.

Why would you buy a bag from my competitor that has poor quality of workmanship making their bag more likely to fail. Will they stand behind the bag they sell you if and when the seams fail. I bet not. I have 3 customers that sent there bags to me to fix because they would not help them after the sale. How many did not think about sending there bag to me to help them. I bet more did not find me than did find me. Here is a feedback I got recently below

Please look at last 8 pictures of a zipper failing at the corners. It is caused by dragging the bag when the bag is full carrying the bag by the handle all the weight falls to the corners. The zipper has been dragged on the ground causing damage to the fabric also and the zipper on the corners. No zipper can take that abuse and keep working as it should. I am pretty sure most of you do not even know you are doing it even after I show you pictures
