It will be almost new, with some very few, not significant scratches from shipping and handling. It comes from Vehicles with 50-100 miles on only. 

It  will replace  OEM part number -  FR3Z-8A080-A

 It would fit 5.0L, V6 (3.7L)  or Ecoboost (2.3L), 5.2L engines.
