HNJ278163_COPPER - Gasket, Inlet Manifold to Carburettor
HNJ Engineering brings you a remanufactured copper equivalent of 278163 Gasket, Inet Manifold to Carburettor.
Used when fitting HNJ278162 (or Land Rover Part Number 278162) to the 2.25 petrol inlet manifold.
Series Models 1958-84 with 2.25 petrol engines.
These gaskets were produced to meet a special requirement for a customer
of ours who wanted to improved heat transfer from the Inlet Manifold
into our HNJ2286-SU-4CYL - Land Rover Series SU Carburettor Adaptor.
The additional heat transfer requirement results
from the fact that this particular installation comprises of a 4 branch
Exhaust Manifold. Thus the Inlet Manifold does not receive heat transfer
via the Exhaust Manifold, as per the standard installation.
