The diary deciphered by Rev. J. Smith, A.M. from the original Shorthand MS. Life and Notes by Richard, Lord Braybrooke fully illustrated and published by Charles C. Bigelow & Co. of New York. Finely Bound in three quarters morocco, gilt titles and tooling to the spine, raised gilt bands, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers makes these highly aesthetic examples. The condition of the 4 volumes is strikingly good showing minimal shelf / handling wear. The set surely has never been read and the condition is clearly shown in the provided images.
