HNJ Engineering brings you a remanufactured version of the Land Rover Series Petrol Inlet/Exhaust Manifold Gasket for the 2.25 petrol 4 cylinder engine.
Manufactured from Novus TI.
Novus TI is a graphite laminate product reinforced with a insertion of tanged 0.10mm thick 316 Stainless Steel. No adhesive is required to bond the graphite layers to the tanged insert resulting in a sturdy gasket material with excellent mechanical strength.
A significantly better fit than cheaper alternatives.
Typical Properties include:
Maximum continuous temperature: 400 °c (500°c Peak)
Maximum Pressure: 80 bar at 400 °c continuous
Tensile Strength: ASTM F152, 12MPa at 1.5mm thk.
Compressibility: ASTM F36 30-30%
Recovery: ASTM F36A 15-20%
Note: Land Rover engine head not included.
