THIS LOT CONTAINS A GRADED 2c STAMP OF THE 1913 PANAMA-PACIFIC SERIES FROM THE USA, SCOTT #398.   THIS STAMP IS IN  EXTRA FINE (XF), USED CONDITION AND IS GRADED 90J (JUMBO MARGINS). 

The graded stamps that we offer have all been examined and graded by the Expert Committee from the firm of Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), from Newport Beach, California.  Each stamp is identified and protected on a black approval card, and has an accompanying numbered, dated, signed certificate w/embossed seal, and  showing an enlarged image of the stamp in true color, as well as the grade and description of the stamp.  Each stamp is unique by virtue of its centering and perforations, and we guarantee the stamp shown is the stamp delivered. The certification provided with each stamp is a permanent record as to the identification and quality of this heirloom stamp, and applies only to this one stamp.

It is fresh and bright and has a neat cancellation   Kindly view the notation on the certificate that reads  "…with a tiny scuff at the right."  The centering on this stamp merits a higher grade than the one given, and although we do not see any defect, the "tiny scuff" lowers the grade, hence the stamp is priced to your advantage.
