Buyer MUST notify us of any defective or damaged items within 24 HOURS of the items' receipt AND provide photographs of any damage. This includes damage to the box as well. We will work with you as long as you follow this guideline.

 If they were damaged in transit you will need to file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier delayed the delivery time and they arrive distressed, let us know that day. Plant them and see if they will survive. If not we can find a resolution for that.

We ALWAYS ship out healthy plants within 24 hours of receiving payment. 

We obviously have no control regarding delayed carrier delivery time. 

We also can't control what happens to the cuttings after you plant them. It does require a little knowledge to successfully propagate cuttings.

And MOST important you need to open the box the day you receive the cuttings. By the time you receive them, depending on your zip code,  the cuttings will have been sealed in their box for a few days. IT IS AT THIS POINT THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CUTTINGS. Just upload photographs of whatever the problem is and we can work with you. If you contact us beyond 24 hours we can't be responsible as the cuttings could have sat in the box too long after delivery. 

In the Hot Summer Months And Cold Winter Months You Are Buying These At Your Own Risk. We Can Only Cut Them And Ship Them, We Can't Monitor Extreme Weather Conditions For All Regions.

If you live in cold weather regions plant these in containers that you can move inside until it warms back up.

It is completely normal for some of the foliage to become loose and perhaps fall off during the shipping process. Those can be planted and will grow into new plants. Some of the foliage may show visual imperfections such as brown spots or discoloration. These are beautiful succulents that also produce pretty star shaped pink and white flowers. The blooms last for extended periods of time.
